Scrum Master

  • Creates an environment in which the project team can develop value without disruption.
  • Is responsible for the Scrum process and its correct implementation.
  • Mediates and supports the parties involved, strives for maximum benefit and continuous optimisation, and removes obstacles.
  • Ensures the flow of information between the product owner and the team.
  • Moderates Scrum meetings.

Product Owner

  • Maintains the product backlog and user stories.
  • Represents the interests of the technical clients and stakeholders.
  • Prioritises the product backlog items based on business value.
  • Determines the tasks of the development team for the sprint.
  • Assesses and checks the functionality at the end of the sprints.

Release Train Engineer

  • Supporting teams in adhering to agile processes
  • Removing obstacles
  • Ensuring efficient collaboration between teams, product managers and stakeholders
  • Organising and moderating important events such as:
  • PI planning
  • System demos
  • Inspect & adapt workshops
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of the development process
  • Managing dependencies
  • Ensuring a smooth and value-oriented release process
